Brief 

My mission was to make an app that stands out among the competing apps. Something people will use to motivate them to live healthier lives, to workout, or just enjoy the outdoors. I want to make the users experience something they will remember or to change their lives in some way. With this app, I hope to inspire and motivate people without taking their focus away from working out. Other radio station apps will play unwanted songs which make the user have to stop what they are doing to change songs. An app that is a part of the users everyday life with simple buttons organized into categories. There are multiple options how you want to play your music. You can add artists/songs/genres into your favorites. The more you add the more the app gets know what you like and will play those songs or similar. Another music feature will be playlists you can customize yourself, dropping in certain songs and what order they will play in. There will also be workout playlists you can choose from if you’re in a hurry.  

 

Task Analysis

Goal: Make a monthly plan to eat healthy

 

1. Get out and start running

    - It's hard to start because of not being in shape or not using the muscles for running.

   + It doesn't matter if you're a beginner, you have to start somewhere.

 

2. Use good form

    - Many times runners will stiffen up which can lead to shorter runs and can sometimes cause injuries.

   + Relaxing muscles and moving naturally improves running capacity.

 

3. Breathe correctly

   - If you don't breathe correctly you can overheat faster.

  + Controlled breathing lets you run longer and expel heat quicker.

 

4. Stretch

   - Injuries can occur if you don't properly stretch. 

  + Stretching reduces the risk of injuries and improves flexibiilty.

 

5. Start a routine

   - People become less motivated if they dont follow a plan.

  + Running and having a routine builds endurance and motivates you to run more.

 

6. Add time and distance

  - It's hard to get going and push forward.

  + It can build endurance and strength.
